GMPC-Policy on Citation

Following the COPE guidelines for citation manipulation and recommendations for best practice, a precise citation should be provided whenever material is cited from other sources (including the author's own published materials). According to the COPE Guideline, all sources should be cited, and if significant amounts of other publications or illustrative material are to be used, permission must be provided. The following is not acceptable by GMPC journals:
i) Excessive self-citation.
ii) Copying references from other publications.
iii) Targeted and preferential citing (e.g., the author's institutions, colleague's publication).
iv) Advertisements material citing.
