Scope
The Archives of Life Sciences Research (Arch.Life.Sci.Res.) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal that welcomes submissions on a wide variety of topics relating to life sciences, natural sciences, medical research, biology, as well as the associated social sciences and humanities. The journal accepts the following types of articles:
- Primary Research Articles: These should contribute to the foundation of scientific knowledge and may include interdisciplinary studies, replication studies, and reports of negative results.
- Narrative and Systematic Reviews: These articles should focus on regional and global surveys, as well as official data, employing a comprehensive and unbiased methodology in the collection and analysis of existing literature. Reviews should provide thorough and critical summaries of current knowledge in the field and must not be limited to discussing the author's own work.
- Methodological Articles: Contributions describing protocols, methodologies, databases, or other tools are welcome, provided they meet the journal’s criteria for utility, validation, and accessibility.
- Case Reports: These will be considered if they introduce novel elements. Papers that are of limited geographical interest will be accepted. Papers will be rejected if the standards of care or procedures involving animals do not conform to the standards expected of human and veterinary sciences and ARRIVE guidelines.
The journal invites contributions from all scientific and clinical disciplines, including initial observations, updates, established methods, valid negative results, and scientific data sets. We aim to simplify the discovery, citation, and sharing of short reports by providing an inclusive platform for valuable research findings.
