GMPC-Policy on Complaints
In line with the Sex and Gender Equity in Research (SAGER guidelines), GMPC journals encourage authors to consider sex and gender into account wherever relevant. These guidelines are primarily intended to assist authors in writing their articles. They are also good guidelines for editors to assess the incorporation of sex and gender in publications as an essential element of the editorial process. Authors are recommended to read the entire set of instructions before submitting.
Authors should describe whether gender or sex differences would be expected and how gender and/or sex were accounted for in the study design. The rationale for not including a sex or gender analysis should be explained.
